Charter First has chosen to replace their existing web-based training solution with Advanced Aircrew Academy's customized web and classroom training solution to meet their FAR 135 training requirements.

After logging in, all learning activity is done with one mouse button. Only very basic computer user skills (point and click) are required.

Each student gets their own password-protected online Student Desk. Just click a course to enter it.
Student’s progress through courses is visually displayed. They can log out of a course and return right back where they left off.
Each student user gets full use of all the handy tools on their Student Desk like the Glossary, Reference Library, Certifications Tracker, etc.

Knowledge Retention Assured
Interactive review questions are placed every few pages through the course. The student can not get past it until they answer correctly. The answers are randomized to prevent cheating. They get feedback from answers, so they learn even from incorrect attempts.
Quizzes/Exams are at the end of each course with a minimum pass mark and self corrected to 100% by means of a controlled test re-take. Some questions even contain graphics or multimedia content.

All Student progress, usage time, marks, etc. are tracked in detail.
We provide clients with a special log-in account for their supervisors/managers which gives you access to this information via the web at any time.
