Q: Is this training FAA approved?

A: The FAA does not have any general approval for training programs. Each
Part 135 operator needs to get their training approved by their FAA Primary Operations Inspector (POI).

Delivering training via our online system has been approved for use by our clients who have had this inspected by their POI, and we fully expect that the use of our online system will actually help with the approval process in most cases.

If necessary, we will work with your local FAA office and inspectors to address any concerns they might have.

Q: What makes your online training different from other online pilot courses?

A. Primarily customization, usability, and affordability. Our training courses are easily and very affordably customized to YOUR operation, thus enabling you to get it approved by your FAA POI. Our system requires no software downloads or special network settings, so it works on any computer from any location with no problem.

Q: Can pilots cheat on their online exams?

A: In our system, every question has randomized answers. Every time the question loads, the answers are shuffled randomly, so it’s pretty difficult to cheat. In fact, about the best "cheat" you can do is either figure out what the right answer is or which of the answers are not the right ones, in either case you’ve actually learned it.

The system tracks all login times, seconds per page, attempts per question, etc. So you can fairly quickly identify odd online course behaviors and then assist (or consequence) the person.

Q: What if there is a change needed to the training material?

A: That’s the best thing about the way we do this. If there is a change required, it takes us literally seconds to make an edit. We always strive to keep all course content up to date and easily make any changes you request.

Q: What if I want to personally supervise the student's exam?

A: No problem. Just "proctor" it by having them log in and do their exam part of their courses in your presence, or in the presence of someone you trust to act as proctor – anywhere in the world!

Q: Our network blocks us from using applets and other things. Will it affect our pilots trying to use this system?

A: Our online training system downloads NOTHING to the user's computer. To networks and firewalls, it is just a safe, simple website. We have never had a problem with using our system anywhere, including within Boeing Integrated Defense Systems headquarters and other very high security intranets.

We have the ability to enable you to thoroughly test out every part of the system from your location to ensure it works fine before you buy.

Q: Is this training only for U.S. operators?

A: Our current course offerings are designed to meet the needs of U.S. operators, but we can easily adapt courses to meet the training requirements of any country. Just contact us and tell us your needs.

Although aviation training is generally done in English world wide, our system can deliver training in any language, even special character languages like Arabic, typing right-to-left or Asian languages.

Q: We are a very small operator, with only 1 aircraft and 4 pilots. Could we possibly afford this?
