2. Get It Customized to Your Operations
If you are a Part 135 operation, you will need the courses customized to your operations to meet FAA training requirements. This is INCLUDED with our CFR 135 Program courses package.
Once we've signed you up, send us your Ops Manual and/or any other related documentation and images (ie: aircraft photos, etc.). In most cases we will have your customized courses ready to go 30 – 60 days after receiving all the materials we need from you.
We can just as easily customize any of our other courses or programs to your operations and / or equipment. Call us to get further details. It's likely a lot quicker and more affordable than you may think!
3. Advise Your Staff To Log In and Learn
When it's all set up, we’ll give you the website address where your staff can log in and click away through their training. We will also show you, the supervisor or manager, how to use your Manager login to keep tabs on your staff's training progress and success levels in real-time, any time.
4. Find Something Else To Do!
The rest is all done for you – tracking, testing, documentation, etc. So go do what you do best. You no longer need to spend a whole bunch of time preparing, scheduling, teaching, marking, recording, and filing. Use that time instead to give one-on-one training where it's needed or perhaps get a few hours in the left seat. You will truly be amazed at how this frees you up and literally changes your life.
