The Business Aviation Safety Consortium (BASC) is a logical SMS, regulatory, and operational excellence verification for high performing business aviation organizations. The standard is based on ICAO Annex 6 Part II, Annex 19, and ICAO Document 9859 with a standardization board comprised of operators.
