These subjects fall under the general requirements of \u201cAll of the relevant items should be covered in Initial training.&nbsp; The recurrent training program should be designed so that key items are covered each year\u201d.&nbsp; What is a \u201ckey item\u201d?&nbsp; That is for you to decide, based on the nature of your operation.<\/p>\n<p>At Advanced Aircrew Academy, we work with our clients to identify key items, then recommend a schedule that rotates key topics each year and covers everything in initial at least once every two to three years (periodically).
