If you are going to fly any type of RNAV procedure during your upcoming flight, you must check to be sure that the continuous RNAV GPS equipment integrity checks (that\u2019s RAIM) are going to be available for the duration of your flight, with no outage lasting more than 5 minutes.<\/p>\n
Either your equipment will do this RAIM checking for you or you must do it. If you must do it, there are a variety of ways available, including going to the FAA\u2019s RAIM Prediction website at www.raimprediction.net. <\/a><\/p>\n
