Aircraft operating under these FAR Parts were addressed in this SAFO because high percentages (41%) of RAs (Resolution Advisories) were attributed to them. Factors that may contribute to these results are the low altitudes at which the operations occur, conflicting with VFR (Visual Flight Rules) traffic and\/or the type of airspace of the specific airport of operations.<\/p>\n<p>The data indicated pilots of these aircraft have a lower RA compliance rate than those flightcrews operating under Part 121.
