OSHA Online Training Modules Expanded
In response to two recent changes at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Advanced Aircrew Academy has expanded their OSHA online training modules for pilots, flight attendants, and mechanics. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) recently released a new Rule Making Document: Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards for Aircraft Cabin Crewmembers. Advanced Aircrew Academy announces a new online module: Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B). This new module complements Advanced Aircrew Academy’s comprehensive library of more than 30 online modules available for flight departments.
The ADS-B module covers operating procedures, flight planning, MEL procedures, human factors considerations, ADS-B phraseology, normal and abnormal system operation, aircraft IDs, data source errors, and incident reporting. The training is in compliance with FAA Advisory Circular (AC) 90-114 and guidance in the 8900.1.
