One of my own epiphany moments in the world of instrument procedures occurred when I first understood that individual procedures, as published on the chart I was staring at, have to be devised so that they can be safely flown by everything from a Cessna 150 to a G 550. That is a very wide range of performance, and probably, pilot capabilities. You will find this need to accommodate everything and everybody reflected in the new IPH as well. The Handbook has to serve the beginner as well as the grey hair/no hair members of the profession who have been doing it for a while.
